ACE Science Academy follows a transparent and student-friendly admission process to ensure quality education and equal opportunity for all eligible students. Please read the following Admission Policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Admissions are open for students from 8ᵗʰ to 12ᵗʰ standard.
- Coaching is available for NEET, JEE, and MHT-CET aspirants.
- Students from CBSE, ICSE, and SSC boards are eligible.
- Admission eligibility may vary depending on the course and batch.
2. Admission Process
- Students/parents must fill out the admission or inquiry form online or at the institute.
- Counseling or interaction sessions may be conducted to understand the student’s academic background.
- Admission may be granted based on:
- Academic performance
- Entrance test (if applicable)
- Availability of seats in the selected batch
3. Entrance Test & Assessment (If Applicable)
- ACE Science Academy may conduct a diagnostic or entrance test to assess the student’s current academic level.
- Test results are used only for batch allocation and academic planning.
- The institute reserves the right to assign batches based on performance.
4. Fee Payment & Confirmation
- Admission is confirmed only after full or installment fee payment as per institute norms.
- Fees must be paid within the stipulated time mentioned in the admission offer.
- Admission once confirmed is non-transferable.
5. Batch Allocation
- Batch allocation depends on:
- Student’s academic level
- Test performance
- Seat availability
- ACE Science Academy reserves the right to change batch timings or faculty if required for academic improvement.
6. Documents Required
Students must submit the following at the time of admission:
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Copy of Aadhaar card or valid ID proof
- Previous academic mark sheets (if applicable)
- School/college ID (if available)
7. Refund & Cancellation
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless specifically mentioned in writing by the management.
- Cancellation of admission must be informed in writing.
- No fee adjustment will be made for missed classes.
8. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and follow institute rules.
- Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of policies may result in suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.
9. Attendance Policy
- Regular attendance in classes, tests, and doubt-solving sessions is mandatory.
- Poor attendance may affect academic progress and access to certain institute facilities.
10. Policy Updates
- ACE Science Academy reserves the right to modify this Admission Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
